Santiago over the years (I’ve been told, I’m 1.5) has seen a rise in the number of food fairs seeking to promote both local but also international food here. 15 years ago you couldn’t find anything other than Chilean and Argentinean cuisine. Not bad if you like steak, seafood, rice and cheese, but the tide has turned. Here are some pics from the latest food fair, not too many food pics, but pics of me which is what my fans clamor for anyways.
