Trip to L.A.

Hi peeps,

Better late than never, right! To those I didn’t get a chance to see, the uprights and I traveled to the mother-land (technically not my mother-land but my Mom and Dad’s respective mother-lands, so I have adopted it as my second mother-land) to visit another generation of uprights, AKA, Opa and Mama Rita, and of course Auntie Christiney.

Right off the bat, I gotta say, the U.S. was crazy scary. I mean, I had heard of this whole Halloween craze that gringos go loco for, but I woke up to this melted witch on a daily basis which kept me company next to my morning routine of cherrios and yogurt –

This thing was fully formed when I went to bed, and then this every morning! Well, you can thank Mama Rita for this timely purchase …

Back to the morning routine, post-yogurt Opa and I got down to business …

My six-pack is almost fully formed as of now, thanks Opa. After my work-out I would then go and see what Dad was up to. More often than not I found him like this …

margarita

Margarita night seemed to pop up quite frequently. But I will say, my trip to the zoo was a real highlight …

Always nice to bond with other species, right, that’s what I always say. Our evenings were typically spent on the patio out back, lounging, eating, drinking, and chasing Cali the dog …

All in all it was a fabulous trip! In this last video I am perplexed by these creatures I found out my window on my first day. Gringos call them squirrels, I certainly cannot pronounce that word but I was adamant in catching one during the trip. That never happened, but I will not forget you squirrel, you haunt my dreams and keep my blood boiling … in a good way …
